Chile the aftermath from the quake

Has Haarp struck again? Or is this really Mother Nature at work. The earthquake that devastated Chile has yet another problem emerging, looting. The Chilean police have now arrested dozens of people for violating curfews after looters took almost everything from markets in this city hardest hit by the earthquake. The president of Chile has promised food, water and shelter for thousands living on the streets.
Some coastal towns just to the north of Concepcion were almost obliterated, first shaken by the quake, then slammed by a tsunami that lifted whole houses and carried them inland and that reduced others to piles of sticks.
In Concepcion itself, firefighters were seeking survivors in a toppled apartment building, a day after they had to pause because of tear gas fired at looters who wheeled away everything from microwave ovens to canned milk at a damaged supermarket across the street.
Ingenious looters used long tubes of bamboo and plastic to siphon gasoline from underground tanks at a closed gasoline station.
So are you prepared if something like this happens to you? I think most of us are not.

Did Haarp Cause Haiti Earthquake

So did Haarp cause the Haiti earthquake? Much speculation is pointing in the direction that Haarp (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is responsible for the devastating earthquake that happened in Haiti according to Hugo Chavez. One would think that this can not be possible that our own government could be involved in such a major disaster of this magnitude. And now Hugo Chavez Venezuelan strongman's state mouthpiece ViVe TV shot out a press release saying the 7.0 magnitude Haiti quake was caused by a U.S. test of an experimental shockwave system that can also create "weather anomalies to cause floods, droughts and hurricanes." This leaves thousands wondering did harp cause the Haiti earthquake. So is Hugo Chavez right?
The ultimate goal of the test attack in Haiti, the report reads, is the United States' "planned destruction of Iran through a series of earthquakes designed to topple the current Islamic regime."

HAARP consists of phased array

HAARP consists of phased array. Only partially finished the entire array will consist of 180 antennas and will be more power full than all other antenna array for ionosphere heating ever built. Ionosphere heaters simply use radio waves to heat a portion of the ionosphere which surrounds the earth, many already exist, but this is the largest ever.
The purpose of HAARP is to analyze the behavior of the ionosphere which is the part of the atmosphere that extends from approximately 70km up to as much as 1500km. This is done by transmitting a focused beam of radio frequency energy, at between 2.8 and 10MHz, directly at a point in the ionosphere between 100 and 350 km in altitude, basically within the "E" layer.
Haarp is 72,000 times more powerful than the U.S.'s most powerful radio station. HAARP can focus all its radio waves into a single beam in the sky, which effectively exceeds its 3.6 Million watt power status. With this enormous power, the possibilities for use of HAARP are endless. Of course activists, conspiricists, and environmentalists all have different ideas for applications of this weapon / utility, both good and bad.
